When Reserving A Wedding
Clients may book the events through the Private Events Office, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

Wedding Ceremony
In the case of inclement weather Canyon Gate reserves the right to move all outdoor ceremonies indoors.

Deposit
The Club requires a deposit of $1,500.00 in order to secure the date of the function & the room. A second deposit in the amount of 50% of the estimated charges is due no less than 180 days prior to the event date. If your deposits are not received by the due date(s), your reservation will be canceled.

Food and Beverage Minimum
This is the minimum dollar amount required to be spent to guarantee the above function space reservation. This amount includes food and beverage and does not decrease if the expected attendance is not reached. The minimum expenditure does not include cash bar sales, 20% service charge, 7.75% sales tax, or any other miscellaneous charges.

Balance of Payment
Final payment for the total estimated charges--including, but not limited to: minimum food guarantee with service charge and sales tax, as well as estimated bar charges on hosted bars-7 working days prior to the event by cash, cashier's check, credit card or member account. Should the final count increase or any other charges be incurred, payment will be due at the conclusion of the event.

Cancellation
If, for any reason, the client cancels the event, Canyon Gate Country Club will retain the nonrefundable deposit(s). If the event is cancelled within 90 business days of the event the client will owe all estimated charges to Canyon Gate Country Club.

Guarantee On All Food and Beverage
A Guaranteed number of guests are required by 12:00 noon, 7 working days prior to event date. This Guarantee represents your billing minimum and will not be subject to reduction. If a guarantee is not received, then the original count or actual number of guests, whichever is greater, will be charged.

Security Entrance/Traffic Enforcement
A guest list must be submitted to the Private Events Director no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Any guests not on this list will be denied entrance into Canyon Gate.

State Sales Tax & Service Charge
All of the following pricing is subject to 7.75% Nevada Sales Tax and 20% service charge.

Member Sponsored Event
All non-Member events must have a Member sponsor.

Miscellaneous Provisions
Canyon Gate Country Club's dress code does not allow jeans, tank tops, cut-off shorts or tee shirts in the clubhouse. The throwing of rice, birdseed or confetti is prohibited. All outside vendors must be approved by Canyon Gate Country Club.
